Pork chop with potatoes in the oven is a gluten-free recipy and a delicious dish.
1.Put the pork in a bowl and add salt,pepper, challots, garlic, Dijon mustard (medium-spicy) and olive oil.
2.Cover the bowl with an aluminium foil and put it in the fridge to rest for about two hours.
3. Cut the potatoes (french fries size) and put them in a pyrex.
4. Add salt, pepper, garlic and the pork chop together with the marinade sauce on top of the potatoes.
